She has an Advanced Certificate – Paralegal/Legal Assistant Studies from the State College of Florida; a Bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Malta; and a Master’s degree in Peacekeeping Operations, from George Mason University. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Maltese.
