Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Debra Gambella was a Staff Attorney with The Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice for 11 years representing children before the Bronx Family Court, including regarding child welfare (abuse and neglect), PINS (Persons in Need of Supervision), juvenile delinquency and termination of parental rights petitions.  These matters including representing clients in fact-finding, dispositional and post-dispositional hearings, handling institutional assignments including intake and case coverage, and practicing with an inter-disciplinary team of social workers, paralegals and investigators.  Ms. Gambella has also interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District, as well as the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office, and attended Pace University School of Law obtaining a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 2008.
