Helena Dollanarte works to preserve civil rights and medical liberty. Ms. Dollanarte’s work focuses on novel biotechnology, environmental pollutants, and biologics that threaten informed consent.
Ms. Dollanarte’s practice includes submitting Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests on behalf of clients who demand transparency concerning government activities. She has successfully obtained thousands of documents from various state and federal government agencies including NIH, CDC, DOD, NOAA, NASA, FAA, EPA, and ARPA-H. Her practice also includes administrative law, environmental law, and constitutional law.
Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Dollanarte worked for a consumer protection firm assisting state attorney generals with government investigations.
Ms. Dollanarte attended law school on a merit scholarship at Liberty University School of Law, where she was a member of the Liberty Law Review. During law school she interned in the Office of White House Counsel and completed the Blackstone Legal Fellowship. Ms. Dollanarte graduate summa cum laude from Liberty University where she earned a B.A. in History and an M.A.T. in Secondary Education.
