Alcira Pena is an experienced paralegal in various areas of law including civil and commercial litigation, bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense, and mass tort law. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and has intermediate knowledge of French. Ms. Pena graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a double-major in Economics and International Criminal Justice. She is also a proud member of the NSLS and Omicron Delta Epsilon. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Pena was a case management paralegal for a large national plaintiff’s firm.
