Kimberly has over 37 years of experience in the legal industry. She was a paralegal for 15 years before becoming a law clerk assigned to the Ford/Firestone rollover class action. In 2002, as a third year law student, Kimberly second-chaired a race discrimination jury trial with Chief Judge U.W. Clemon presiding.

In 2003, Kimberly was admitted to practice law and established her own firm. In 2004, Kimberly tried her first solo jury trial and was awarded three years backpay for Title VII violations. In 2007, Kimberly assisted in litigating a class action against county tax collectors resulting in the recovery of more than $30 million for the plaintiff classes. In 2008, Kimberly assisted in litigating the Compucredit class action that was heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. In February 2014, Kimberly solo tried and was awarded a $5 million jury verdict on two class actions consisting of 9,800 class members against the State of Alabama for overtime pay violations. In 2015-16, Kimberly was the lead federal litigator for a national firm litigating Americans with Disability Act and Medicaid cases throughout the country. In 2021, Kimberly litigated FDCPA cases in federal courts in New Jersey and Indiana. In 2022, Kimberly was the senior lead attorney for a national firm focusing on employment and education law throughout the country. For 18 years, Kimberly proudly served as a nationally certified veteran’s disability lawyer assisting veterans of World War II through the Intervention in Iraq.

At Siri & Glimstad, Kimberly litigates class actions based on violations of ERISA, ADA, and other constitutionally protected rights. Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and earned her JD from the Birmingham School of Law.
