Leslie Pescia has significant litigation experience recovering hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of clients nationwide. Her experience spans numerous complex matters including consumer class actions, cybersecurity breaches, antitrust claims, and whistleblower cases. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Leslie worked for a national plaintiffs’ firm successfully litigating numerous complex cases, including litigating matters on behalf of attorneys general to recover taxpayer funds in addition to trial and appellate experience.
Leslie is an Auburn University graduate, graduating cum laude in 2009 with dual degrees in Political Science and Criminology. Following Auburn, Leslie attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University and graduated magna cum laude in 2013. During law school, Leslie was a Knabe Scholar and named 2013 Advocate of the Year. Leslie is a member of the American Association for Justice, in which she has served in numerous leadership roles and is a 2018 graduate of its Leadership Academy.
