Ms. Resciniti is a civil litigator with broad experience handling commercial, civil rights, personal injury, construction, labor and employment, and landlord-tenant matters. Ms. Resciniti has successfully represented clients in town, city, state, and federal court, as well as the New York State Division of Human Rights and New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.

Ms. Resciniti earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Scranton and received her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law.
