Catherine Ybarra’s practice focuses on civil rights and informed consent. Ms. Ybarra leads a team focused on environmental pollutants, toxins, and the release of biologics. Ms. Ybarra also contributes to the Firm’s FOIA practice and vaccine policy group.

Ms. Ybarra is an experienced civil litigation attorney. After law school, Ms. Ybarra practiced for almost seven years at a boutique civil litigation firm in San Diego. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Ybarra served for nearly five years as a Staff Attorney for the San Diego Superior Court.

Ms. Ybarra earned her B.A. from University of California at San Diego. She received her J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law.
