Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Steven D. Cohen served as Senior Counsel for a plaintiffs’ class action firm, where he was part of the firm’s complex consumer and employment class action litigation practice.  Among other things, Mr. Cohen’s efforts helped thousands of customers receive reimbursement for payments they had made due to a company’s deceptive practices. Before that, he spent ten years litigating multi-million dollar class actions against defined benefit pension plans and their employer sponsors. Through his efforts, tens of thousands of retirees and current and former employees around the country recovered the pension benefits that they were owed under the law.  Mr. Cohen attended New York University School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctorate in 2009.
