Deborah Wickert earned a BS in Environmental Science, with a minor in Geography, from the University of Delaware. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Wickert was a Project Manager for several contracting firms in support of the Department of Defense for 25 years. In this role, she managed technical requirements and subcontractors, liaison activities, reporting and analysis, technical writing, quality management, proposal management, and business development for geospatial intelligence, leadership development, and software development contracts supporting the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and the Army Corps of Engineers.
