Richard Harris has more than thirty years of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation at all levels of state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. A magna cum laude graduate of Cornell Law School, he is known for innovative legal strategy, exceptional written and oral advocacy, and a principled commitment to constitutional freedoms and the nation’s founding ideals.

Mr. Harris has represented individuals and business entities, including national major insurance companies, in matters involving constitutional law, employment law, insurance law, commercial litigation, construction law, nonprofit law, employment matters, and administrative disputes. He has served as lead counsel in numerous trials, arbitrations, and appeals. His background includes partnership in one of Oklahoma’s largest firms and serving as General Counsel for a global Christian ministry with more than 900 employees.

Richard has managed high stakes litigation, directed complex corporate and nonprofit compliance, and negotiated sophisticated real estate, construction, and international agreements. He also provides executive leadership to a nonprofit devoted to the infusion and defense of American values in the public square.
