
Laura M. Carroll is a graduate of the Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she was a member of the Loyola Law Journal and authored an article about the dangers posed to civil liberties by large technology corporations and the need to reconsider the state action doctrine and its exceptions. During law school, Ms. Carroll was also a clerk for Meltzer, Purtill, and Stelle and spent a semester prosecuting misdemeanor crimes at the Cook County States Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Ms. Carroll graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ms. Carroll’s primary focus is employment discrimination related to COVID-19.
