Kathleen Loucks is a Certified Trial Specialist with a nationally recognized practice representing individuals injured by vaccines and medical malpractice.
Ms. Loucks has extensive experience handling vaccine injury claims, including for example cases involving Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration (SIRVA), Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), Transverse Myelitis (TM), and Autoimmune Encephalitis (AE). She works closely with clients navigating the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, guiding them through a highly specialized area of federal law. Her practice is grounded in helping individuals who have suffered adverse vaccine-related injuries obtain fair compensation and clarity in a complex legal system.
In medical malpractice, Ms. Loucks has litigated on both the plaintiff and defense sides through jury verdict; from these experiences, she brings a strategic and balanced perspective to every case—understanding how claims are evaluated, defended, and ultimately resolved.
Kathleen began her legal career as a prosecutor, where she developed her courtroom skills and trial instincts. She has since built a reputation as a pragmatic and effective advocate who knows when to collaborate and when to litigate aggressively to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
Ms. Loucks earned her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. She is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and is a member of the Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers of Minnesota. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin state and federal courts, as well as the United States Court of Federal Claims.
