Gennica “Jenny” Greenlee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and brings a diverse background in legal services, business operations, hospitality, and learning & development. She is passionate about providing exceptional client service and helping individuals navigate the legal process with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.

Before joining the firm, Jenny helped launch several luxury hospitality properties, including Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Wynn Resorts, and Conrad Hilton Hotels, where she developed expertise in world-class customer service and operational excellence.

Jenny is also a Certified Master Facilitator and Certified Instructional Designer through the Association for Talent Development (ATD), reflecting her commitment to effective communication, continuous learning, and creating positive client experiences.

Jenny believes every client deserves to be treated with empathy, respect, and clear communication. She strives to make each person’s experience with the firm as supportive and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes. She believes that both cooking and client service are rooted in the same principles: care, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others.
