Siri & Glimstad has an entrepreneurial vibe, where people work hard as a team, and where everyone is encouraged to think and contribute to the team. We have been remote since before the pandemic, and therefore, our culture has grown up with that ethos. Everyone has a passion to do good work, but we try to not take ourselves too seriously.

What makes Siri & Glimstad unique is how much ownership attorneys are given from day one. I remember my second day at the Firm being encouraged not just to work on a case, but to think strategically about how to build a body of work, case upon case, into a practice positioned for real growth and impact. I’ve also been the beneficiary of the Firm’s collaborative environment, which is absolutely necessary to make that building process work. Attorneys and staff regularly brainstorm together on litigation strategy, case development, and creative approaches to complex problems. But above all, my time at the Firm has been rewarding because of the people I get to work with day in and day out – people who have become genuine friends, not just colleagues, and who share a real commitment to doing meaningful, high-level work that truly makes a difference.
