Alcon Biometric Privacy Class Action Removed to Illinois Northern District Court
A complaint against Texas-based eye care company Alcon was filed by Siri & Glimstad and Peiffer Wolf Carr Kane & Conway. The class action is for the company's virtual try-on feature for purchasing eyeglasses.
