About Tyler Bean
Bean, who joined Siri & Glimstad in April 2023 and was elevated to partner in January 2025, has demonstrated an unprecedented rise to the top of the data privacy space. As one of the youngest attorneys to ever lead such cases from inception to resolution as court-appointed lead counsel, Bean manages a caseload of over 300 data privacy-related cases and oversees a team of more than 10 attorneys and staff.
In the past 18 months alone, Bean has recovered tens of millions of dollars in settlement funding for class members in data privacy cases where Siri & Glimstad was appointed as settlement class counsel. His notable achievements include assisting plaintiffs in reaching multi-million dollar settlements in data breach cases involving Vivendi Ticketing US LLC d/b/a See Tickets, US Radiology Specialists, Inc., Sovos Compliance, Planet Home Lending, LLC, and many others. He has also been appointed as interim lead class counsel in numerous high-profile data breach cases, including those involving DISH Network, Community First Medical Center, Frontier Communications, and Peco Foods Inc., among others.
