What Happened?
TRG, LLC, operating as TRG Medical Imaging, was notified on March 31, 2025, of a data breach involving its third-party debt collector, Nationwide Recovery Services. Between July 5 and July 11, 2024, unauthorized actors accessed files containing patient and employee information, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account balances, and certain medical details. TRG began notifying affected individuals in June 2025 after confirming the extent of the breach.
