Before law school, Mr. Moller worked and volunteered for three years in 15 countries throughout Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Africa. While in law school, Mr. Moller clerked at the Mississippi Supreme Court and was on the Law Review. He graduated summa cum laude in 2014 and then clerked for a federal judge at the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana, where he gained exposure to a large volume of employment discrimination matters, products liability cases, and class action litigation.

Mr. Moller then worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 2015 to 2021, where his practice focused on federal contracts and civil litigation in various administrative courts.

Since joining Siri & Glimstad, Mr. Moller has litigated employment discrimination matters, class actions, and constitutional claims in federal courts across the country, at both the trial and appellate levels.

  • W. Va. Parents for Religious Freedom v. Christiansen, 124 F.4th 304 (4th Cir. 2024) (prevailed on appeal of district court abstention order that required clients to litigate First Amendment claims in state court rather than in federal court)
