
Samantha Caputo is an attorney with Siri & Glimstad LLP, where she practices in the firm’s immigration department and leads the vaccine exemption practice. In these roles, she has successfully advocated for hundreds of clients nationwide in both medical and religious exemption cases, including employees, college students, clinical rotation students, surgical patients, and immigrants seeking relief through vaccine waiver applications. Ms. Caputo also represents clients in a wide range of immigration matters, guiding families and individuals through the complex immigration process.
Before joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Caputo earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Suffolk Law, she participated in the Accelerator to Practice Program and the Housing Clinic, where she represented low-income and marginalized tenants facing housing insecurity before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Massachusetts State Housing Court, gaining experience in direct client advocacy and litigation. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Tulane University.
