Richard Parks is a graduate of Washburn University School of Law where he was a student editor of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Quarterly. Since graduating law school, Mr. Parks has practiced in several areas of law including disability law, family law, and criminal law. Most recently, Mr. Parks prosecuted complex child abuse and sex crimes on behalf of the state of Missouri. Prior to law school, Mr. Parks was inspired to get into the practice of law while studying the Philosophy of Law at the University of Oxford.
