
Mary Rizk is an experienced immigration attorney with over 15 years of experience in U.S. immigration law, with a focus on family-based immigration, waivers, and appeals. She has represented hundreds of clients before the Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and U.S. consulates abroad.
In addition to her work in private practice, Ms. Rizk previously served as an Asylum Officer and Immigration Services Officer with USCIS. In these roles, she conducted in-depth asylum interviews, evaluated complex claims for protection, and adjudicated a broad range of immigration benefits including employment-based petitions.
Ms. Rizk has extensive experience preparing and litigating cases involving motions to reopen and reconsider, waivers of inadmissibility, and appeals before the BIA and AAO. She is known for her strategic legal analysis, strong writing, and client-centered approach.
She earned her J.D. from Western State University College of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and graduated with honors. She holds a B.S. in psychology from York University in Toronto, Canada.
