Cassie Jernigan serves as the firm’s Human Resources Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience working as a Paralegal with a strong background in civil litigation. Her unique combination of HR leadership and hands-on litigation experience allows her to support both the firm’s personnel and its legal operations with a practical and collaborative approach.

As HR Manager, Cassie oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives, helping cultivate a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Cassie served as the lead paralegal for a mid-size law firm in Nashville, Tennessee, where she worked for 12 years. She began her undergraduate studies at Middle Tennessee State University and received her paralegal certification from Tennessee State University.
