
With more than 20 years of experience practicing in the area of labor and employment law, Ms. Miller-Mitchell brings extensive knowledge and skill to every case. She has represented clients in complex litigation in state and federal courts. She has served as a Staff Attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges where she gained extensive experience in federal labor and employment regulations and administrative proceedings. Her background includes handling a wide range of workplace disputes, compliance, and regulatory matters, giving her a deep understanding of both private and public sector employment issues.
Ms. Miller-Mitchell earned her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and her bachelor degrees in History and Political Science magna cum laude from Morehead State University.
