Allison R. Lucas has extensive experience in a wide range of complex litigation matters and administrative proceedings. In her current practice, she has assisted over a thousand clients seeking medical and religious accommodation to a vaccine mandate, including requests, appeals, and litigation. She has also assisted hundreds of firefighters and police officers regarding same. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Mrs. Lucas was a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy G. Hicks, an intern with a prosecutor’s office, a public defender, and a law school and college professor. Mrs. Lucas attended law school on an academic scholarship and graduated with honors, was a member of the Law Review, and is a published legal author. Before attending law school, Mrs. Lucas worked for a decade in hospital laboratories and operating rooms in some of the country’s largest level I trauma hospitals and was also employed at the National Institutes of Health, the nation’s leading medical research agency.
