
Alayne Gobeille is a senior attorney, bringing more than a decade of experience in hard-fought litigation to Siri & Glimstad’s consumer protection and class action practices. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, she was instrumental in the recovery of millions of dollars for investors in securities fraud class action settlements, including Khoja v. Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc., et al., No. 3:15-cv-00540 (S.D. Cal.) ($4.8 million); Dougherty v. Esperion Therapeutics, Inc., et al., No. 2:16-cv-10089 (E.D. Mich.) ($18.25 million); and In Re Health Insurance Innovations Securities Litigation, No. 8:17-cv-02186 (M.D. Fla.) ($2.8 million). More recently, Alayne worked in the field of environmental litigation, securing significant financial and injunctive relief for landowners across the state of Louisiana.
Alayne holds a holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in natural resources from Cornell University. She graduated cum laude from Tulane University School of Law where she obtained a certificate in environmental law and practiced with the school’s renowned student environmental law clinic. After law school, Alayne worked for a non-profit environmental litigation and policy firm. She also clerked for former Chief Judge Lawrence J. O’Neill of United States District Court for the Eastern District of California for two and half years.
