Patricia Chen graduated from Chapman University in 2013 with a Bachelors in English Literature and received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2016, with concentrations in Labor, Work and Income and Poverty Law and Economic Justice. During law school, Ms. Chen represented claimants in unemployment benefits hearings before the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance, reviewed evidence for the homicide unit within the office of the Orange County District Attorney, and investigated unfair labor practice charges as a legal intern at the National Labor Relations Board.

After law school and prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Chen advocated on behalf of individuals with developmental disabilities for the right to live in the least restrictive environment with appropriate support and services. Ms. Chen intends to take the bar exam in 2019.
