Kimberly Hertz is an experienced, highly accomplished, and dedicated paralegal with almost twenty years of experience in varying areas of the law, including corporate, bankruptcy, complex civil litigation and personal injury matters. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Hertz was a legal assistant to the Multinational Force & Observers, Northern Sinai in the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt where she ensured compliance of the 1979 Treaty of Peace between Israel and Egypt, including analysis of potential violations, drafting violations and participating in cabinets with high-ranking military officials. Prior to that position, Mrs. Hertz worked at highly regarded litigation firms where she provided extensive trial support and drafted legal documents including motions, memoranda of law, orders, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and affidavits. Ms. Hertz obtained her paralegal certificate from American University in 2001.
