Gender Discrimination in the Workplace

Are you a woman who feels you may have been a victim of gender discrimination at your workplace?

Recently, lawsuits have been filed against several high-profile companies for discriminatory practices against women including pay, promotions and performance violations.

Is this a problem in your workplace too? We can help you protect the career you have worked hard for.

Labor laws were enacted to protect workers from abuses perpetrated by unscrupulous employers, but violations still occur every day.  Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is the main federal law that prohibits employment discrimination based on race, religion, gender or ethnicity.  Disparate impact and disparate treatment are unlawful violations of the federal act.  Disparate impact is when a neutral practice unduly impacts employees in a protected class and disparate treatment is when an employee is treated differently because of race, ethnicity, religion or gender.  Depending on the state where you reside, there may be other laws that protect your rights as well.

If you feel you have a grievance that fits one of these categories, DO NOT DELAY! Fill out the form below! NO COST TO YOU FOR REPRESENTATION!
