Christina Xenides is an experienced immigration attorney who has represented thousands of individuals in a variety of applications for both immigrant and non-immigrant status. She is well-versed in all aspects of U.S. immigration law. She also has extensive experience litigating cases in immigration court as a removal defense attorney and has successfully appealed many cases to the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Prior to starting her career in the immigration field, Ms. Xenides worked as a visiting attorney in the legal protection unit at UNHCR Cyprus and served as a judicial intern in Trial Chambers at the ICTY in The Hague.
Ms. Xenides received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. Before law school, Ms. Xenides earned her B.A. in international studies from Boston College.
