Webull Hit With Class Action Lawsuit over Gamestop Chaos
Attorneys Aaron Siri, Mason Barney, and Elizabeth Brehm of Siri & Glimstad LLP filed a class action against Webull Financial LLC on behalf of individuals that suffered losses due to Webull's actions to restrict trading. On it's online stock trading platform Webull prevented 11 million customers from trading rising stocks including GameStop, AMC Entertainment, and Koss.
