Labor Omnia Vincit. ‘Hard work conquers all’ is the motto Alec lives by regardless of the task. Alec received his B.A. degree from UCLA and J.D. degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. In law school, Alec was admitted as a member of the Moot Court Board, made the Dean’s List each semester from 2011-2013, became editor for the Environmental Law Journal, earned the Witkin Award for highest grade in Securities Regulation, and was Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Association. Alec worked throughout law school resulting in a wide-range of experience in different fields including Military Law, Intellectual Property, and Insurance Bad Faith. Above all, Alec’s favorite achievement was his summer of law studies in Paris where he learned European Union law and France’s Civil Code at the Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense
Alec attributes the dynamic and unique approach to his work as a result of these experiences. For four years before joining Siri & Glimstad, Alec gained extensive litigation experience and developed excellent client relationships in large personal injury and employment litigation cases. Alec assisted in three jury trials, participated and negotiated settlements, successfully mediated dozens of cases, and has taken and appeared at over one hundred depositions.
